Ordering & Delivery


Base Furniture is a Christchurch based online furniture store.

We offer free Canterbury wide shipping on all our orders, and shipping throughout the rest of New Zealand is offered at rates depending on the zone. All shipping rates are displayed in the products shop page.

We accept MasterCard & Visa, for all online purchases.

Order Confirmation & Delivery

Depending on our stock levels and the options you selected at checkout, it may take 3-5 days before your order is dispatched. If you have any queries, would like to confirm stock levels before purchase, or have an urgent requirement, please contact us at support@basefurniture.co.nz.

When your order has been dispatched for delivery, we will send you a confirmation email. This email includes the freight provider’s name and your order tracking number.

Please note, it may take 2–3 hours before your tracking details are available from the courier’s website and you can use the number to track your delivery.

Once your order is collected by the courier, we have no control over it. Any enquiries about your delivery need to be directed to the courier. Please also keep in mind that orders can be held up due to busy sales periods, public holidays, etc.

If you have not received your order within the stated delivery-time, visit the courier's website and enter the item’s tracking number. If it is shown as ‘delivered’ you should have received a courier card with details about its location and how to arrange for its collection.
